cnn radio. i'm paul chambers. voting in the louisiana gop primary is well under way. cnn's joe john is in new orleans and he says so far turn about its light.
very slow. we are in the jefferson parish area at precinct, and we've been watching actually, there is vote count over here, who told us 35 maybe 40 people or so since the polls open. and i'm not expecting a lot of turn out at all here in the state. and i think this polls very indicative of that.
rick santorum is the favorite 20 delegates at the stake.
