一、重点词汇
l demand vt．＆．n．要求．需要 eg：they demanded that the right to vote be
giyen to every adult man．
他们要求给每个成年人选举权。
i demanded a clear answer．
我要求一个明确的答案。
he demanded to be told everything．
他要求告诉他一切。
用法拓展：demand sth．需要某物 demand sth．of/from sb．要求某人某物 demand to do sth．要求做某事 demand that…(should)
do…要求……做…… satisfy/meet one's dergands满足某人需要 in．demand非常需要的，受欢迎的 •特别提醒：(1)不能说demand sb．to do sth．
(2)demand后接从句时，从句的谓语动词应用虚拟语气形式即should+动诃原形，可省略should。
