the white house is awarding the medal of honor this hour to an american soldier from elwood city, pennsylvania,who's killed in cambodia in 1970. the army says paperwork for the award was lost for three decades until a vietnam war veteran uncovered it at the national archives. npr's giles snyder reports that after more than 40 years, the late leslie sabo junior will finally be recognized for his heroic action.
