i'm here today again with apologize, for the personal mistake that i have made and the embarrassment what i have cause.i made this apology to my neighbors and my constituencies but i made it particularly to my wife. i hope to be able to continue to work as a citizen at my district, or like did me to do to fight for the mid class and oathstruggling to make it. unfortunately the destruction that i have created, has made it impossible. so today i'm announcing my resignation from congress. yeah.....
