three years ago, my family got our first computer. now, it is too old. i want to get a new one. during the beginning of summer, my father and i talked for a long time, he finally agreed to my request.
we went to many stores, and looked at many flyers, finally we bought a hp computer.
during the first week, i noticed that our computer had some problems. i spent many hours trying to fix it, but it didn’t work, and finally i had to phone the hp company to ask them how to solve my problem. the operator told me to wait until next morning because all their technicians were busy that day.
i waited until the next afternoon but they still did not return my call. finally they called, and many phone calls back and forth, and after spending many hours trying to fix it, the computer still did not work. my dad didn’t have a choice, he returned the whole thing.
a few days later, we decided that i should go on the internet and order some parts to build a new computer by myself.
at first i had some difficuties in installing it, but i didn’t lose my heart, finally i finished.
