高中英语（重庆大学版必修1）教案：unit3 写作

teaching aims：了解美国的乡村音乐和英国的甲壳虫乐队。

教学过程：

step 1 lead-in :listen to a song and ask the ss to talk abou the music theyknow. present the topic coountry music.

step 2 listen to the song “take me home, country roads” sung by john denver & read the lyrics of the song and try to understand what the song tries to express.

give the brief introduction to country music.

step 3 enjoy the song “take me home, country roads” and think of the fo-llowing questions.

1) what do you think of the song?

2) what is the main idea of the song?

3) what does the song try to express?

4) why do you like / dislike it?

step 4 get the students to write their understanding of the song by completing the following sentences.
