1. first listening: listen and complete the notes in the table in part a.
2. second listening: listen and talk about three questions according the recording.
(1) how can short-sightedness be corrected?
(2) what is recommended when someone wants to get contact lenses or to have laser eye surgery?why ?
(3) what will happen if short-sightedness is not discovered and dealt with?
step 3 reading and further listening
1. read the web page in part b and complete the left column in the table below.
2. listen to a radio program and complete the right column in the table above.
step 4 interviewing
